Late getting dark I heard a noise, I my mom and I got scared because a cat and we went to look out the window. When we saw two people. we called the police. they said they were on their way to my house. We went down the stairs and checked it. They were looking for something.  My mother and I were so scared we decided to stay locked in the house. It was so dark outside, we could not see anything. My mother was so desperate, that we called the police again; she was going to have a heart attack. When I saw them I realized it was my uncle and my aunt. The police got mad because my call. My uncle and my aunt were looking for their wallet, and my mother and I were very ashamed. Submitted by Sirleia	If I were in charge I would play music in classes. I would visit theaters and other students would have access to the pool or swimming lessons. We would have interclass championships between handball, futsal and basketball. I would build new toilets for students. We would have trips to different regions in Brazil and we would have internet access in classrooms with computers with an easy access . Kerleyson	Last night, my mother and I were watching TV in the living room. My mother heard the sound of police cars. When we went to see what was happening, we were scared, because a man was shouting at the police officer. I ran to my room, but my mother kept it locked. The man was a burglar and he was jumping the wall. There were many people watching it and a woman was taking a photo with her camera. The office police arrested the burglar. When we got back to the living room, we saw that my grandma was eating popcorn and she was looking for something. My grandma was looking for us, because she was scared about the police cars and she thought it was too dangerous.  Antônio 8º ano
It was late in the evening. My friend and I were ready to sleep, when we heard a very strange sound coming from the bathroom door. We were scared and afraid of being something dangerous, and we did not see what was in fact.  We waited until the sound came back again, but the sound did not pass. We waited till someone helps us. When we figure out what was happening, we realized that no one would come to save us, so we created the courage to see what it was.  So we went out and when we got there it was my brother who was taking a shower. I argued with him for not telling us what there was in our bathroom , and soon we went to sleep. The next day we did not go to school. Nome : Layla Turma : 8 ano

Last week, three friends and I were at my house and we were playing video games until one of my friends got sick, he was so sick we went downstairs and called the ambulance, minutes later they arrived there. We were surprised with the speed they came to us, they asked to talk to my father who had arrived during the incident, and they talked for about ten minutes. The attendants saw my friend and took him to the hospital. He had to be hospitalized for the rest of his night. On the other day we were all fine with it but when my two friends and I got to the hospital taken by my father, we received the news that my friend would have died after a surgery. It was very shocking for us. His parents said that the funeral was two o'clock that day; we went to my house and got surprised. My friend was playing video game. He looked smiling at us and said, we will continue the match? A joke in a very bad taste. We kept playing and talking about how it had been planned. That day was crazy. DAVI 8º ANO	That night, my brother and I were watching a horror movie in my room, it was dark, and I was not seeing anything. Then we heard a noise that was coming from the garage, we were afraid of it. We would not call the police because they could think it bizarre and it would to be a joke in a bad taste. Then we sat on the bed too scared. We waited ten minutes until we got up the courage when I ended up grabbing a flashlight to go to the garage , my brother told me not to go to the garage. As I am stubborn, I went there. Arriving at the garage a fear hit me, and my courage just went out, so I went in walking slowly and suddenly, I heard a noise coming from behind the car of my father, and then I went to see what it was. When I got there it was a cat scratching the garbage looking for food. I ended up falling about laughing, my brother after few minutes came to see why it was happening. He couldn’t stop laughing too. Isabela 8º ano	Last night, I was using the computer in my room and I was totally distracted. My mother and my dad were out, and I was alone. Suddenly I heard noises of doors opening, and I got scared, and I stayed in my room. The person started up the stairs and I decided to hide in the bathroom, I was looking the window of the bathroom, and I saw a man, but I didn’t see her face. He turned off the lamp, and I saw nothing. He was coming near. When he opened the door of the bathroom, I started crying, and I sat down on the floor, He opened the door. He was looking for me and He turned on the lamp. I saw my dad laughing, so I stopped crying, and started laughing. My mom was laughing too, and after we went to dinner, we turned to laugh. Last night, Guga and I were watching a DVD in my rooms. Suddenly, we heard a loud noise. It was coming from the yard. We saw a man, and Guga thought it was a burglar!    He screamed, and I called the police. We were scared. It was very dark. The man was looking for something. The man was still there when the police arrived. When we saw his face, we realized it was my dad. My dad was looking for his keys. Guga and I were laughing, but the police weren’t laughing. The police were angry! MATHEUS E RICKSON 8º ANO	Last night my friend and I were in Gabriel’s house. It was 18:00 when we decided to go shopping. We asked our mother if we could go, she said only later we could go to the movie to watch a comic film. When we were going back home there was a tragedy we got scared. As a unperfected day we had robbed by a robber. We went back home very sad, because they stole our cell phones and wallets. My mother packed my bed and I slept. My colleagues went home because the next day would be over. When we arrived at school we told everybody what happened that day. DANIEL 8º ANO	One night I was at my friend's house when we heard a sound coming from somewhere in the house. We went to sleep without checking from where the sound came. We were very afraid. I went to sleep, but the sound had not stopped yet. It seemed to have someone else in the house. We thought about calling the police, but the phone was in the kitchen. We thought that it would be our end.  Now convinced we decided to look who was making that noise. When we were going to the room, we saw traces of blood on the floor, we were more afraid. It was our surprise when we saw that the cat from her mother had caught a bird, we laughed a lot and went to sleep. LUCAS 8º ANO

WRITTEN BY STUDENTS - WHAT I WOULD DO AT SCHOOL

Imagine what you would do… If I were in charge of my school, the library would open every day. We would have an encourage program of reading, and we’d work with books that talk about some subjects, as history, geography and Portuguese. I think during the science classes, we should go more to laboratory to do experiences and learn in a dynamic way. I’d change the canteen to be more organized. The physical education classes would be better than today, and we could practice all the sports and learn about it, and about the countries from where they came.  If I were in charge of my school we’d have more outdoor classes. In my opinion the direction would be nearest of the students, and then they could give their opinions. All rooms would have air-conditioned. I think we should have regular computer classes, and we should do more projects with physical and math teachers. We’d have sixth classes from sixth grade, and tutoring if it was necessary. I’d like the Passionista was a school campus, so we could have fun and know us better. Rayza, 9° ano	My school is pretty cool, but I think we can improve more. The library could stay open all day long, the students should not only learn in the classroom but, also outside the rooms. I think we should have more educational tours.  Teachers do not have much to say, but I have some idea what I do not speak, but I understand others. I think books could be better, because every time when I have a doubt I search it on the computer. We could have educational events such as the science fair, opening of the Olympics, a party day for the younger children. Everything thought to improve and grow up my school. Most of it unfortunately we cannot see there, we need more improvements and we would like to start changing. Lohanny 9º ano	I wish we rebuild the bathroom and have more snacks in the canteen. We should practice more different sports. I would like to have more holidays, be safe at school, having new things, take more classes to computing. We should have outdoor classes. Rooms with air conditioners. So Everything would be beautiful at school. Bruno S. 9º ano
I think the school has to change. We might have larger classrooms with Air conditioning. They might increase recreation reduce school snack, and also teachers might be patients with new students and also they should have more resources in English in order to improve the language. Students should study hard rather than just doing exercises and tests in class. Coordinators are great, I really like them. All teachers are graduated, they are very good. I'm new to the school and I do not regret it because I have new friend now. I have been learning more. I study in a very nice school. Milena 9º ano	In my opinion the school is a good place to go, but something could change, even as more dynamic classes out of school or even inside us, as going to the science lab. I would like to continue the relationship that teachers had with students as if we were friends, it becomes the classes more interesting. I also would want to have places to enjoy, something for students to enjoy during breaks. But even if these changes never happen in my school I will consider it a good place to go , to see friends and to meet new things every day.  By: Mariana 9º ano.	Imagine what you would do... I really like my school, but, I think something can improve. If I were in charge of my school, every day there would be class until 12:20 p.m., since the 6° grade until the high school. However, I think the uniforms aren't necessary, we would can use normal clothes. The library should be opened every day, and we should go there more times, and in the science lab, too. The last thing I think we can improve is the physical education classes, it shouldn't be mandatory, some people prioritize other subjects. Vanessa B. 9º ano
